Payments, Deposits, and Cancellations:

Please be aware of the financial responsibility when booking with King of Kings Lodge. We try very hard to meet the needs of all our guests and very often have a waiting list for certain times of the fishing season. We respectfully ask guests to be aware that booking a trip with us will require your financial responsibility to make payments prior to your trip.

King of Kings requires a $200, non-refundable deposit at the time of booking in order to reserve your trip. Half of the trip’s cost is due by the end of January(half payment of the trip minus the deposit amount). The payment for the other half of the trip is due upon arrival in addition to the sales tax. Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit cards. There is an added 3% fee for all credit card transactions.

  • Deposit paid upon booking ( This deposit is non-refundable )
  • Half of trip total payment less the deposit due in January
  • Remaining balance of trip + sales tax due on arrival

Deposits and final payments are not refundable. There will be no partial refunds for late arrivals or early departures. King of Kings is not responsible for any emergency decision made by the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, mis-scheduling or airline delays, or acts of nature. If you do not believe that you can meet your reservation obligation, we urge you to obtain travel insurance.

  • Cancellations must be sent in writing to King of Kings Lodge via mail (24715 Sterling Highway Anchor Point, Alaska 99556) or by email (kings@ptialaska.net).
  • Written cancellations and changes must be received in our reservations office to be valid.
  • Trip Deposits are not refundable.
  • Cancelations made after paying the January 1/2 payment paid will result in the payment not being refunded, but will be held in reserve and put towards a future trip at King of Kings. We understand situations come up, and we can roll over the trip’s payments to a future booking – for a limit of one rollover.
  • If you are a no show, you will be charged the full price of the reservation. Cancellation Exceptions: exceptions will be made for certain extenuating circumstances which can be discussed with King of Kings Lodge Booking Staff if necessary.
